After graduating from the University of Liverpool with a degree in Literature and Philosophy, I joined Doris in August 2016.
It was at a careers fair held by the university where I initially encountered Doris and was won over by their ethics of placing young talent into professional roles.
My first assignment was with a leading digital retailer looking after internal communications for their 500 strong IT community, ensuring colleagues are kept in the know with what’s going on in the business, and particularly regarding their transformation. This was the perfect role to nurture my creativity, through such activities as advertisement design, all the way to organising team away days.
I then moved to an assignment at a popular insurance broker, looking at the UX of their quote and buy journeys, from testing to redesigns.
I now look after the marketing for Doris HQ, where I manage the social channels, graphic design, internal and external websites.
Outside of work I play in a couple of bands and am a keen reader.
